After my graduation run which was a 5k, my knees have been sore.

Went a bit slower for this short run today, so I’ll do exercises and hope I can achieve the next run. If not then I’ll take it easy, do the exercises and enjoy trying wk 1 again next week. Fingers crossed 😊

Run slowly if you’re not doing at the minute. Legs have to build which comes with plenty of slow running and your day off. Cross training does become more important now as the distances are increasing. So, walk more! Swim, cycle, gym or,home exercises etc to,support your running 🏃‍♀️ 😃🏃‍♀️👍
