My second 10km - still hard work but I actually enjoyed this one!

Sunday morning . Can I be bothered? The answer is I sneaked out before the gremlins had woken up! By the time they started whingeing I was already 1km into a run across fields, down lanes and through a forest. What a beautiful time of year. Thanks all for your support and encouragement. Plan to consolidate with a couple of 5km and one longer run per week.

Life changing! Thanks all and do keep running and posting.

Very well done you and a good pace.🌟👏👏

Well done and what a lovely sounding run. You’re lucky, my gremlins wake up before me, then they block the door to the spare room because they know that once I see my running shoes I will want to go out
