Did my first run a week after I did my knee trying to be clever 🤡

Still a bit niggley so I just took it easy and only did about 2.5k didn’t want to push it to hard

Well done for taking it easy. I notice you only graduated 3 weeks ago. Important to remember what you learned on C25K and take it steady. Remember that you are still a novice runner and you don't want to break yourself!

Good advice about not ignoring niggles, this running lark gets to be an addiction and makes it hard not to go out when we really know resting a possible injury is what we should be doing. I think we are all guilty of this, I know I am :(
