Here I am lurking again!...I had 9 days off after shin soreness having thought I was indomitable during several of Laura's speed podcasts...but today, 30 minutes run, as slow as slow as I could go without actually falling over, all on grass ( bit boring going round a rec') not my usual town and river circuit.BUT this hopefully means I'm back out there.A woman with Juju's plan in mind.Happiness.
