2nd 10K today. Ran with my husband who is quicker in general but he ran to my pace. Ran it in 58m 😁😁😁 shaved off over 2 minutes from my first to take it well under n hr! So pleased

Great time. My best is only 58.5. I will take solace in assuming you are a few years my junior hehe, though there are many who are far older than me that are much faster hehe. The 60+ male in a race I did today did 10k in 45mins
