Graduated from C25k a couple of weeks ago, currently consolidating with 3or 4 5k runs per week, but looking forward to the next challenge and 10k sounds as good as any other, any tips, advice or programmes to follow would be appreciated

Grats. Check out Jujus 10k guide. Worked for me. Plus a trip to the gym to work on core on down days.

Cross training is a good idea, anything from walking to cycling to swimming to dance and/or gym or,home exercise to dvd’s Yoga is fab too. Zumba etc

I’d sign up for Ju-Ju programme. She has a huge posse with her this time so plenty of peeps to compare notes with Check out her video clips
