This morning was my 5k test run after having nearly two weeks off to try and fix some top of foot pain. I have spent a lot of time using a Lacrosse massage ball on my foot so I am hoping all will be ok. The pain has always been after running rather than during so its difficult to tell yet, we will see how things go today and over the weekend. Hopefully next week I can get back on track with JuJu’s 10k plan, I have fallen off the wagon slightly recently due a various injuries . . . Have a great running weekend everybody
