The App freezes

Hello,

I am a recent graduate of C25K. Since graduating I have done two 30 minute free runs. after 18 minutes the app stops counting time. It also did not appear to track my distance. Is there a setting that I need to adjust.

Hello, which app are you using?

The 'One You' (NHS-BBC sponsored c25K app) doesn't track distance.

Many reasons your app might stop at 18 min - perhaps you lose phone signal and it gets confused? Incompatibility with a recent update? My ageing Android phone no longer works with MapMyRun - the location service doesn't work with it any more - but google fit still works. Can you try a different app or uninstall and reinstall?
