I graduated from Couch to 5k in May. To be honest lost my running mojo for a few weeks but now back at it. I did 7.5k yesterday’s but near the end felt my hips a bit sore. Today my right hip is painful. Any tip would be appreciated

Hi,
Noticed you graduated over a month ago and with very good pace.Very well done.
You have also struggled, through cold🤔 to continue with your consolidation freedom and easy pleasurable happy pace.🤔.
Try not stress yourself🤔, with the possible perceived delay in your journey.
Maybe lost some core strength.🤔
Great non medical advise in FAQ Posts , what to do next.A must read to guide you.
Your distance of 7.5 k, although not huge, depending on how much you have been able to run through cold etc.may have tested you.🤔
Hopefully this is the case.👏👏
Non medic, novice runner but I definitely follow the guidance.
It’s a two steps forward and one step back, training and building us
business. It’s not a two steps forward to go three back.🤔
Hope you are good after your repair day.🤔👍🌟👏👏
I do single leg step up with hip extension exercises at the gym to help build strength in my hips. It's really helped and I no longer get painful hips from running.
I don't do them as fast as in this first video and I use a higher box.
I also do glute bridges and glute bridges with hip extensions, which were "prescribed" by a physic when I was having problems with arthritis in my hips.
