Another 5k under my belt- this time in Bridgwater, with my daughter. It was soooo nice not to be sweating as soon as we set foot outside the door. She had college today so we had to be early anyway but we managed to keep a nice steady pace all the way. It was wierd for me as we were at hers and it was her route which I’ve only done once before so I had no real idea of how far round it I was. and when we got in and I looked at my time that was another pleasant surprise - just a bit faster than the last run - another PB and no red face this
morning either. Win win!!!
