morning, right from the very start, was to try and do a 10k. That's about a 25% increase in time...
Not so much BOOM as boom
Well finally after 2 years + sInce the last one, went out just after 6.10am this morning to set...
My fastest 10k so far
in running ability by the hour! 💪
1h 1m to do 10k during this 11k distance and mostly off-road....
