There was a run advertised as a naked run. It turns out this is running without music or technical gadgetry. My court case comes up in two weeks.
How was I supposed to know: There was a run... - Bridge to 10K

LOL!
There are actually naked naked runs
I know, half of me thinks it would be very freeing, but the other half thinks it would be very freezing and running barefoot is not in my bucket list
I think you are allowed socks and trainers.
100% of me thinks being in a huge group of the kind of people who want to participate in a naked event would have me running at great speed in the opposite direction
I'm also thinking flapping.
Don't think it is for me - if and when I get back to running, this IC is really starting to annoy me (and get comfortable).
Sorry you're still on the IC Ziggy ☹️
So am I Irishprincess , steroids helped for a while but pains seem to be coming back again. 4 GPs baffled.
Me - pretty miffed and sore.
Oh no! What a palaver! Maybe time to see a specialist?
I have been referred to a rheumatologist at the end of June. Hit me in the knee yesterday. couldn't walk - really weird. Being a bit of a wordophile I was amused when one doctor suggested it may be palandronic rheumatism

👀😂
👀😂
hahaha. Be warned, also, that running in the buff refers to a multi purpose garment for wrist, neck, head etc, not skinny dipping or streaking!

Haha 😂😂😂 a running friend of mine is a naturist and keeps asking me to join him on a run like this. I just tell him I'm easily burned. And it couldn't be a trail run - think of all those nettles and brambles 😭😩
If there is a lot of naked sweaty bodies all running together, does it attract lots of flies😳😖
I'm still debating whether the world is ready for me in shorts.....

Another post from you that almost made me spit out my tea. You should come with a warning 🤣😂

How does anyone do either? The thought of no gadgetry makes me shudder almost as much as the other option !!! 😂
I think it’s a time thing. When I first started running and doing exercise I was obsessive about stats and tracking every variable I could on every run, in every workout. Now I may look at the clock when I start and finish but that is the limit of it. I think over time you become able to gauge how hard/fast you are running as a percentage of your max, and that is all that really matters.

One of the first places to be deprived of blood flow gents is, well, yes. Him. That.
So a naked run will just get you greeted with shouts of "I've never seen one that small".
Be warned.
😂
