Slow Run, but fun

It took an hour and 15 minutes to get around a 5km route but we survived the Gauntlet Games and most of the 20 obstacles.

There were a couple we had to miss. Two due to accidents and one as it was deflating. Stiff and sore this morning but a fab day and raised money for charity. Weirdly we struggled running after the start but we think that was due to stop start between obstacles.

We were very brave but soaking by the end.
