Birmingham 10k

Well we braved the heat on Sunday for the Birmingham 10k, wasn't easy but i did it in 1 hr 6 minutes and 19 seconds, not my best time but in that heat i am a happy bunny. I came 3715th out of approx 8000 runners

I am third from left.

This is why i joined a running club, we are all good friends and i run with one of the ladies as we are similar pace and the others run together too.

A well organised event and would definitely recommend doing it.
