Well that’s week one done of my Bridge to 10k, just back from a 5k along the Brampton Valley Way (Northampton). Amazingly the buffers on the railway are at exactly 2.5k, so up to and back is 5k, perfect! :) . . . have a great running bank holiday weekend everybody :)

Well its OK for 5k but as I increase my distance (I hope!) there are not so many well placed markers on that route. Hopefully I shall be getting a Garmin Forerunner for my birthday in a couple of weeks, I've certainly dropped enough hints :)
