Managed 5k today in 32mins graduated in March and have been running 3 times a week since. I mentioned in here that I wasn’t getting any faster. Someone on here suggested i run further to help get a faster 5k sorry can’t find post. Well that was spot on that’s me cut 3 minutes off. Great advice again thanks x

Slower, longer runs put safe mileage on your legs. It’s the slow running and rest days that build running legs. They take quite some time to build but the journey is worth it 💪👍😃

Well done on your progress 🙂. Take care 🙂

This is incredibly helpful and I can never read this advice too often. My journey is taking much longer than most, and I am still much slower than most, but as a single mum with a a tiny person for whom I want to model perseverance and persistence, I want to never ever give up. Slow and steady, slow and steady, slow and steady does it. xo

You’ll be getting fit, you’ll get slim if you eat and drink healthily, your health will improve, you’ll be outdoors. It’s all good. Also your little one growing up will see exercise as normal for mummy and will learn your good habits

You don’t need to be quick to get the health benefits. You can get running pushchairs these days. Someone gave my neice a beauty! You see them at Parkrun. Hard work mind 💪😃
