I'm back....

After a 3 week break from running due to various things and partial laziness...I started the 5k to 10k app and did a 2.2 mile run last night. Was surprised at how easy it was as after 3 weeks thought I would be back to square 1 again. Now hopefully got the bug back....which is good as I have 2 5K runs coming up and a 10k later in March. Eeek

Like you, I thought a three week break would mean back to if not square one then at least square two or three. I'm really glad that isn't the case, and well done for your distance after the break. did you really mean March, BTW, or was that May?

Haha I meant May.....the 10k was originally meant to be in March but got postponed to May because of the snow. Well done also for getting back into it as well.
