I have just graduated on the C25K and wanted to say hi. I’m a really slow runner but my slow and steady attitude a has helped me complete a 5k Parkrun for my graduation run and had great results medically. I have T2 diabetes and have brought my numbers down from 77 to 62! I’m not quite in the 40s I need to be but I’m running towards them. 👍🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

I can’t ever see myself running 10k but then again in February I couldn’t see myself ever running more than 60 seconds but with my ‘slow and steady’ mantra...who knows? 😁

I’ve added a photo of one of my run areas. I won’t be running it today as I’m treating myself to a spa and a cream tea. 😉👍🏻

Hello and congratulations on your graduation 💪💪💪

And well done too for your medical results, that’s fab.

Just get into a routine of running three times a week and see where that takes you after a while. You may not want to go any further or faster but you can do anything you want, the running world is your oyster now 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That’s a gorgeous photo. Reminds me of the Dark Hedges in Ireland where I want to run one of these days (I don’t live there anymore so I don’t get back often)

Hi and welcome. Congratulations of graduating. Yes, you will run 10k if you want to. ju-ju- 's 10k plan is worth doing if and when you're ready.
