I am on my 12th week of running 3 days per week and on Wednesday was by far the hottest day I have ran and probablky only the second or third time I have worn shorts and a T shirt. What are your tips for running at these temperatures - although according to weather reports it may not be here for long
Wit regards to distance and time I am just lkistening to my body and if I feel I have had enough i will stop

Today I was running 5k and it was about 20 degrees. I soaked my buff in cold water and wrapped it twice round my wrist. Just dabbed it in my neck/head/arms when I felt a bit too hot. Also went out of my way to run on shady sides of the street etc
