Sweating at night

I sweat buckets during sleep on my run days. It is ridiculous. The bedsheets actually get wet like I wet the bed proper. Doesn't matter if it is after early morning run or late evening run. I drink lots of water too. One day the sheets were so wet I was convinced I wet the bed.

Kkkkkkk. Could be but I have never heard a case of it happening in a 42 year old man. I could be a research subject 😂😂😂😂

Would be wise to also get checked by a prof too

Sounds like night sweats. Don't want to scare you unnecessarily, but this may be a symptom of something serious (it was for me some years ago), but some get them for no apparent reason. Best get to your GP.

I hadn’t thought there might be a connection, but I have noticed something similar ( tho not as extreme) since I started running 2 months ago. Let us know what you find out, but don’t just ignore it in case it’s a sign of an underlying problem like an infection:-(
