It s not motivation we need it is self-discipline.
I wish I could leap out of bed every run day desperate to get out there, but the reality is I usually want to go back to bed.
I have given into this before and I always regret not running. However, I have never once regretted forcing myself out the door. The rewards come after the run.
Putting the gear on is a good start. Then stepping outside usually gets the job done
Just imagine how you'll feel when you achieve 10k, very much like your previous distance goals, awesome! You've not got that far to go, So consider yourself kicked!π

You've done a massive amount of work to get this far, you only have two more runs and you've succeeded in completion of your training plan
