Just returned from New York yesterday never took any my running gear out too much to do. Jealous of runners round Central Park literally hundreds I just strolled run the zoo had my 8 year old daughter with me no chance of any running. Now back to rain and sleet so not out today either. So that’s 8 days off hopefully manage our tomorrow with fresh legs x
