You could go on the Asics website and get a personalised 10mile plan. I've used several Asics plans and they've all been helpful.

You sound stuck in a rut 😃

Run longer! Chip away at the distance a bit at a time. It’s not much further though so it shouldn’t take long

Do some cross training too 💪🙂👍🏃‍♂️

The major consideration is rehydration and refuelling, which is unnecessary for 10k but essential once you are running for more than an hour. There is some basic advice about this in the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... but we are all individuals and trial and error is necessary to find what works for you.

Cross training is essential too. You will very likely uncover weaknesses as you increase distance. For me it was my lower back, requiring plenty of core strength work to correct.
