I managed a run or a walk every day of March, as I had hoped, with yoga and Pilates once a week, and my physio exercises regularly.

It is very heavy rain here. But as my mum used to say... Rain before 7, dry by 11......fingers crossed ! I need to get a long walk in late morning! X

I used a new app through March (zombiesrun!) and got back into doing three runs a week which I looked forward to and enjoyed. It reminded me its not always about distance and time, its getting out there and having fun
