I’m hopping back to the couch to 5k world for a couple of weeks to get back up to speed again. I can’t wait to run tomorrow as I’ve been really missing my runs. I’m so bored with resting my knee and calf. I’m going to be sensible and move back to week 6 of the C5k plan. I want to take it slowly. See you all in a few weeks.

Make sure calf and knee are healed.. and do take it slowly... I repeated 5 weeks of C25K to get back up slowly
I’ve just read one of your posts about taking it slowly. It was great. I don’t know why I’m pushing myself so hard to recover quickly ! I went out to repeat week 5 today. I had to stop after a few minutes. Too painful 😖 so I’m not healed yet. I’m tired of rest though. Maybe I’ll try some walks for a while. Thanks

Relax and enjoy it.
That was just a brilliant read thanks. The Physio released my knee, I’m changing my shoes, have a few new stretches to do and yippie I’m going to run at the weekend. Think I might even start back on week 3 or 4. There’s no rush. I can’t wait 😊
