I am in Glasgow for the weekend with work. I woke up this morning to beautiful Spring sunshine. Managed to find a few hours to fit in a run, I found a 9k route along the river on MapMyRun. 👌 Only problem was that a vital bridge at the loop back point is under reconstruction! So my planned route became a there and back. Not quite the run I was planning but 9k of week 7 completed, the first time I have tried to follow a planned route.

Well done! I love Glesga in the spring! I visit my brother who lives there every summer.
Last summer I was doing w6/7 c25k & ran in some of the lovely parks, along with my brother who has been running for years. He loved it because he could talk away to me, uninterrupted , as I could barely breathe!
