gone past 10 k and loving it
Brilliant, sounds like you are doing great, well done
how far past did you go?
12 k is my current distance aiming tonight for 14, only thing at the mo is the length of time its taking and the time of the evening i am doing it ... glad the nights are brightening although tbh having run over most of the winter and through the dark nights it kind of doesn't bother me a grat deal anymore :/
Woohoo! Excellent! Well done you, that’s what I did, I went for building up distance rather than time, e,g 5k chunks, water/food break, then did do some times, e.g, an hours run, an hour and a half, two hours etc., with 1/2 hour breaks (approx) mixed them up a bit, always slow and steady. I just wanted to be strong enough to finish it.

Wow well done
