It’s certainly worn out and ready for retirement - I shall keep them as Runners Need sometimes do cashback on old trainers when you buy new ones.

They’re Inov-8 roadclaws. I bought them from sportsshoes.com but they were old stock. I’ve just looked and they don’t stock that particular shoe anymore, but they have plenty of other colours.

I noticed sportsshoescom seemed to want to charge a too-high-for-me delivery fee. So, I rang em up to ask if they were serious, and they'd not made a typo. Sure enough, when you order the phone the delivery charge magically reduces
