Pre 10k run

Sunday will be my first “official” 10k run when I do my charity run for the stroke association. Great evening to run, crisp and clear. I even tackled a hill/incline! Feeling positive for weekend 😀

It was great fun and I'm glad it was last week before the snow arrived. I posted a picture last week with my medal! Did it in 68 minutes so very pleased with time too 👍😁
