Back from the week of skiing with all 4 limbs injury free!😀I often struggle to get back into running after a break so my plan is to join the 10 is the Magic Number programme.

Beautiful morning here in London. I completed the 5.5k of Week 1. 1st few k I could feel my knees and thighs wondering what the hell I was doing to them but then they seemed to get the message (new week new torture).

Happy running
