Finally 10k is done it felt great,

Couple of days off and time to reassess where to go from here.

Oh nearly forgot, 2 stone lighter since graduating from 5K in mid October.

The run felt good, as always I get the feel of how I am at 5K. Last 1/2 mile I started talking to myself. Didn’t intend to do it so that helps as I don’t put myself under pressure I just enjoy the run whatever distance
