I'm on week 5 now, with just the 9k to do, but my legs are twinging and on my last two runs I had cramp for the first 3k. I am going to do as Floss suggests and listen to my body, so on Sunday will go out and see what happens. Ju ju has added extra weeks in her 10k program, so there are now two 8k runs so I think 8k will be my target... Im also looking into a massage roller stick ( never had any issues up until now)...
