I’m so jealous! I was in Hove yesterday with my daughter and little grandson. There were loads of runners along the prom enjoying the lovely sunshine. Every time I visit I have little one and the pram. One day I will get to run it; lovely sea view and it’s completely flat. I hope the weather is nice tomorrow for you, Ted. Can’t think of a nicer parkrun. Enjoy! x
Looks like pretty much 8k. Well done for running in tough conditions. I think it's amazing when people get out in the tough weather, it shows real grit and strength of spirit
Hello L.L., (and fellow Kentish Maid?). Does your pen-name mean you're at Langley near Maidstone? I live at West Malling and work at East Malling Research Station, so I'm lucky to have all the lovely footpaths and routes through and round the station to run in my lunchtimes.
