Can I just say a big "thank you" Rig for putting this together. Your instructions were very clear and easy to follow. For the first time ever I'm able to squat without causing knee pain (clearly I wasn't doing them right before 😕) and I can feel a very satisfactory pain in the butt after a session which I can only assume is good for me. I really enjoyed it. Mostly.

Really looking forward to the next challenge and am intrigued how we can do a pull-up without equipment. Although I keep eyeing up our doors to see if they'll take my weight 😏
