I've only managed to get 4 runs in since starting this as health issues have reared their ugly heads once again. Haven't been able to run in over a week now and it's turning me into a grumpy old man. Trying to keep positive thoughts but it's not always easy as the next few weeks I'm having a number of medical tests and procedures. Apologies for the rant but feel I can vent here as I expect a lot of you will know how annoying it is when you can't go training.

I feel your pain. I had to briefly rest a knee and convinced myself I'd never run again and I also hate it if I know it's going to be difficult to fit running into the schedule for the rest of my life - oh how things have changed (only started running last August).

Patience is a virtue...or so they say??!! It’s also blooming hard to hold on to!!! I (touch wood) haven’t been on the i.c but I have read many posts on here & everyone’s the same...frustrated & grumpy....keep your pecker up, it won’t be forever but it might be if you go too soon 😉
