Sorry it is so late. Been a manic start to the week and half term and everything.

Today's squat challenge is a lot of fun, I promise:

Very nice!

I am assuming I will need a pull-up bar for the next challenge. I've even identified a doorway without a door at home that should suffice. Any tips about what to get, what to do/what not to do?

Also, ideally I don't want to cause any damage to the structure. I've seen quite a lot of pull-up bars that fit into place without screws. I am not very heavy (about 50-52 kilos I think - I don't check very often...). Assuming it's fitted correctly, would this be ok (and safe obviously?).

There will be a handy guide to pullup bars in the Joy of Pullups post.

The screwless ones are fine. pretty much any one from a reputable shop will be okay. I have one from Amazon and it sustains my bodyweight quite happily, and I am getting on for twice your weight.
