8 inches here in Helsinki. I'm back down running in my underground parking hall (700m outer perimeter circuit). 13 degrees all year too! Pretty boring but at least I can get the kms in until the spring. We have that nasty jagged glass ice and sheet black ice under a fluffy few cm of powder snow at the moment. Lethal.
