hi all. I haven't posted much since my 5k grad but I've still been at it!!
I spent a month finding a comfortable 5k pace and just getting some miles in each week.
proud to say I'm now sorta following ju-ju' s 10k program. (1st run of the week is my speed/interval run)
and today I hit my longest run at a comfortable pace for many many years. 7k down in 40mins🙃
c25k seems so distant now....
