I can’t quite believe it. Unusually for me I am away with work this weekend. Time to start week 2 of the 10 is the Magic Number Plan. I could fit a run in at 6:30 - not a problem I run at this time during the week. I normally run in London - never really dark! So today - 1st really dark run (couldn’t see the path) 1st 6k but at least it wasn’t snowing. 🎉🎉

No haven't tackled the squats yet (might have a look this week).
