Finally mastered a screen shot. Off to my new adventure with Burnham Joggers tomorrow night. Very excited.

This happens to me all the time if I write from a tablet. I touch the screen to make a correction and the whole post vanishes. Infuriating! strangely it doesn't happen with my phone, and the computer is fine.

Wow, look at your pace and calories burned. I can only dream of achieving something like this.

It hurt for 7,8, and 9 but 9 to 10 flew by. Just need to keep my focus now and the KM per week up around 20.
