After the last month, I think I can say "I'm back!" when it comes to parkrun. Have lost a lot of fitness over the last 6 months but am definitely at least back on the track. Not a good time to be starting over however - it was 35C yesterday and 38C today - so even parkrun at 7AM was HOT!!!! Couldn't sleep much last night - and realised it was 29C in the house overnight!! But anyway - managed to do 38 minutes yesterday so I'm back!! 
It's gunna be a long way back to 30 mins!

Hooray! Well done for all your hard work and positive attitude over the last few months. And well done for even attempting to run in those temperatures. I wouldn't be able to do anything in that heat, let alone run!!!
