I wish i could take her running with me, but so few places here where it's safe to let a lurcher off lead, what with roads and livestock.

I have exactly the same problem with my Springer - sheep everywhere 😕. Our nearest safe forest is half an hour away by car. My lifeline is Canicross. I run with him attached several times a week and he loves it! Improves my pace too 😉
