Hi thank you for letting me join. After starting c25k early last year did first park run in July. Know the time is not everything as it is the taking part and achievement. Have managed 10k. Any advise on increasing pace please

To get faster you have to be stronger which comes with long slow running and cross training. Do some swimming, cycling, dance, aerobics, strength stuff 💪👍🙂

The C25k+ podcasts (if you haven't already seen them...) are great: 'Speed' has you doing intervals, which really help improve pace, and 'Stamina' does what it says on the tin. Stamina training, long slow runs, are important, as building basic endurance is essential to achieving and maintaining a faster pace overall.
