I graduated from the c25k plan in August last year but due to injury had to take some time out. Im now back up to running 5k again but dont know where to go or a plan to help me train to 10k. (Is there an app for that.)

I use the podrunner app, bridge to 10k (I started on week 5). I’m sure you’ll get plenty of other suggestions though!

ju-ju- s plan is a six week one and she will be starting a new one soon... I did her plan to get me back to running 10K after a long spell on the IC..it is gentle and gradual!! One of the friends on here has just done it, and is doing it again
That sounds like a plan id like to follow. How do I find the plan?
Well it is a six week plan, and I think Week six of the one just finishing, is Friday of this week.. this link describes how the plan works.. A new plan should start Friday ???? next week... I will try and find out for you exactly when..

I have just started this plan again it has three runs a week, one short run, one 5k and then the third run gradually gets longer as you progress. You can do the runs in any order, and repeat any weeks as you go.
