I suppose it was inevitable that I was next to get the family share of this flu thingy, haven't run for over a week or so and it's still with me!

I've looked everywhere for the 'tick here for gushing sympathy' box and can't seem to find it so I can only assume it's been overworked of late by all of those affected....

Ah well, I suppose all that remains is for me to shiver and sneeze 2017 to history and to wish all of the wonderful, inspiring people on C25K and B210k great health & continued wisdom for 2018, you're all simply wonderful, be proud of what you've personally achieved and what you've inspired others to achieve also.
