Ankle pain?

After a Parkrun on Sunday and a 8K run on Christmas morning, I have a pain in my ankle bone, on the outside of the ankle. I didn’t roll on my ankle nor did I suffer any trauma to the ankle. I did run on some uneven muddy terrain for my Christmas Day 8K but I wasn’t aware of anything wrong.

Any ideas what this might be and how to go about treating it? I’m really really enjoying running at he moment and don’t want to be injured.

Hopefully it will be ok if you rest it. You could take ibufren last thing at night and ice ice ice it! Hopefully it will clear up before you run again
