Welcome back old friends!

First run since the NHS purloined my appendix. Very slow but once I started I didn't want to stop.

Lots of niggles, calfs, twinge in the thigh, left heel, right knee. I sort of missed them over the last couple of weeks.

Anyway I made myself stop after 35 minutes.

Merry Christmas everybody. Go easy on the sherry.
