So I am a bit behind in bridge to 10k but I managed to find time for the week 2, 3k run doing intervals. It's warm out there this evening so very red! Good to be out in the fresh air 😊

Getting out at all at the minute can be a challenge so well done 🙂

I'm just starting JuJu's prog and wondered about a suitable intervals set. Is something like Jog 30, run 20, sprint 10, walk 30 a good start x 20 (30 mins total) or is it better to have a shorter intervals session of something like 15mins total to start off?

I did the jog 30 seconds, run 20 and sprint 10 for the shortest of week one runs but did start with a light 5 mins jog first

So, like 15-20 mins session apart from warm up/down?
