Is there an actual NHS app called Bridge to 10K that follows on from Couch to 5K? Does it work in the same way? I’ve searched on the App Store but it’s a bit confusing. Thanks for any advice.
Sorry to sound dumb but.......: Is there an... - Bridge to 10K

No... but there is our very own ju-ju- - 's 10K programme... ! So.. when you have competed the C25K and done some consolidation, there is a great plan to follow.. right here... and it is brilliant!
There's a free NHS website with relevant downloadable podcasts:
nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... addressed to "graduates of Couch to 5k" where you can download 3 more free podcasts (stepping stone, speed, and stamina) aimed at helping you get to 10k.
Another part of the NHS site:
nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... is aimed at Life after Couch to 5k with advice on how to proceed.
The 3 podcasts again feature Laura talking you through the runs. As a very unfit graduate who is still run-walking 5k in 40mins plus - graduated back in feb, but ran typically only one 5k a week since, did 3 x 5k runs for the first time last week!! Yay!! I found these too advanced for me (150-165 steps per min) and am instead trying to run 3 x 5k per week at around 140 spm until I can successfully run all the time, not walk, and will then work towards 10k.
Searches on "Couch to 5k plus" or "10k training plan" may also be helpful - I've not seen a prepackaged app like "couch to 5k" but there are plenty of other apps around where you can first play music (or podcasts) then run the App - I use Runtastic - Hope this helps.
Congrats for graduating & Keep Running!
