I feel very pleased with myself because I have managed to keep going with core exercises for a month and I am definitely progressing. Evidence is a screen shot of the interval timer app I am using. Just a little blip the weekend of the Supernova event BUT I ran 5k on the Saturday, walked 10k on the Sunday AND did extra the following week to make up for it! π Thank you, thank you Realfoodieclub couldn't have done it without you π
